Please be sure to present your health insurance card and My Number card at the reception. If you have a patient registration card, referral letter, medication record, etc., please present them together. A medical questionnaire will be given to you at the reception. Please fill in all required information. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask the receptionist.

Seeing a doctor
Based on the information you have filled in on the medical questionnaire, the doctor will examine you and explain the treatment. We will also ask you about any requests or questions you may have regarding the treatment. Please feel free to consult with us. We will also perform treatments and examinations as necessary.
03.
Payment
After your consultation or treatment, please wait in the waiting room. Your name will be called, so please pay at the reception desk. If you are prescribed medication, we will provide you with an out-of-clinic prescription.
